Honeywell Gas boiler control unit S4570BS1036U

This gas boiler control unit is part of a combined control and ignition system (CVI) developed for automatic ignition equipment. It is based on the Honeywell S4570BS1036B ignition machine and is designed to work with gas regulators from the Honeywell VK41 series. The unit controls both the main burner and the pilot burner, using ionization flame detection. It requires a supply voltage of 220–240 V and features a connector on top for simplified wiring. The control unit has no direct flame interaction and integrates protection functions for the burner control system. Various modifications are available for different ignition systems.

When replacing a control unit of this kind, confirm that the supply voltage matches the existing system and that the flame detection principle is ionization, as this affects compatibility with the burner.
