This microprocessor-based control box automates and monitors the combustion process in two-stage gas and liquid fuel burners with forced air supply and direct ignition. It operates at 220–240 V, 50–60 Hz, with a power consumption of 30 W. The control box provides an intermittent cycle with a 5 s pre-purge, 5 s safety time, and flame loss reaction time under 1 second. It features two safety contacts, non-volatile lockout with manual reset, a built-in fuse rated at 4 A, and protection against voltage surges via a varistor and electromagnetic filter. The unit has a built-in ignition transformer, performs an automatic function check before start-up, and indicates operating states and fault codes through LEDs.
