Choosing and fitting

Parts of this type are selected by matching the control box to the burner's specifications, including the flame sensor type (photoresistor, infrared, or UV) and the required ventilation time. The installation position is flexible, but the flame sensor cable length must not exceed 2 meters. Ensure the control box is compatible with the burner's capacity and operational mode (intermittent, 1- or 2-stage).

Signs of failure

Common failure modes for this kind of device include failure to ignite, flame loss during operation, or inability to restart after a flame failure. Symptoms may include the burner not starting, frequent shutdowns, or prolonged ventilation cycles. Check the flame sensor and its cable for damage or disconnection, and verify that the control box receives proper power and signals.
