Honeywell Gas boiler control unit S4565P2008U

This control box is designed for gas boiler and heater control, intended for use with Honeywell VK41 series gas regulators. It supports both DBI spark ignition and IP pilot burner ignition systems. The unit operates from a 220–240 V supply and uses a flame sensor rod for flame detection. It provides integrated protection, includes a lockout safety feature, and complies with EN 60335 and EN 298. If the flame is lost during operation, it repeats the starting sequence. Reset is performed by interrupting the constant power supply.

Control boxes of this type are selected based on compatibility with the gas regulator series and the ignition system used (spark or pilot burner). They are mounted onto the gas regulator using the connector located on the top of the regulator, and can be oriented at any angle within 90° from the vertical position of the actuator.
