Electromechanical burner control from Siemens for liquid-fuel burners with forced draft, designed for multi-stage or modulating burners with intermittent operation. It operates at 230 V supply. The control performs a pre-purge of 22.5 s, a pre-ignition of 2.5 s, a safety time of 5 s, and a post-purge of 15 s. The fan motor starts after a delay of 2.5 s, and intervals for voltage applications and switchings are 7.5 s. Start-up sequence duration is 47 s. If no flame is detected within the safety time, the control locks out.

For correct replacement, select a control with the same series and type designation, supply voltage, pre-purge time, safety time, and flame detection method. The product must plug into a matching base or have the same wiring pattern; different series are not interchangeable even within the same brand. Always verify the base pin configuration and compare it to the existing wiring. The control must also be rated for the burner's operating cycle, such as intermittent operation.
