The Siemens LFL1.333 is a burner control box, also referred to as a flame safeguard. It manages the complete ignition and safety sequence for burners, handling pre-purge, ignition, fuel admission, flame proving, and lockout on failure. It reads signals from pressure switches and the flame detector, and controls the ignition transformer, fuel valve, and fan.
