Honeywell Gas solenoid valves VR425VE1005-0000

This gas solenoid valve is a flanged unit with a nominal diameter of 25 mm, designed for regulating gaseous fuel in burners, boilers, furnaces and waste incinerators. It operates on a 230 V supply at 50–60 Hz, has a flow capacity of 1 m³/h and a maximum operating pressure of 200 mbar. The injection-molded aluminum alloy body houses two main valves (V1 and V2) with servo pressure control, and a fine mesh filter with a 0.34 mm cell size. Seals are made of NBR and Viton rubber, and the product meets EN 60335 safety requirements.

When replacing a flanged gas valve, first measure the nominal diameter and confirm that the existing pipe flanges match the new valve's flange pattern. Check the supply voltage and frequency, as well as the maximum operating pressure and flow capacity required for the burner, before ordering. Flanged valves are installed with the flow direction marked on the body; use the supplied flange kit or a compatible one and tighten the flange screws evenly to avoid distorting the seal.
