Description
Honeywell VK4105G1146B is a gas valve for burner control and ignition. It is the OEM equivalent of 0020023220 and is compatible with Honeywell S456..M ignition electronics. The valve has a built-in fine-mesh filter, uses Softlite technology for smooth ignition, and is suitable for natural gas and liquefied gas. It operates at 230 V, 50 Hz, with a flow capacity of 2.6 m³/h at a pressure drop of 3 mbar. The maximum inlet pressure is 60 mbar, the maximum working pressure is 60 bar, and the ambient temperature range is -15 to 60 °C. Choosing and fitting
Gas valves of this type are chosen by comparing gas type, supply voltage, frequency, maximum inlet pressure, connection thread, and compatibility with the burner's ignition electronics. The standard flanged connection uses 3/4" external threads on both inlet and outlet. Install the valve upright, securing it through the bottom mounting holes; pilot gas is connected at a 4 mm fitting, and pressure measuring fittings accept silicone tubes of 4 or 6 mm. If an output filter is required, one can be installed on this type.
