This gas solenoid valve is intended for burner and boiler control and ignition systems, supporting heating, natural, and liquefied gas. It uses an electric two-level regulator and a positive feedback system, which closes the main valve if power is interrupted or gas pressure is excessive. The valve has a standard housing with a flanged connection and must be installed upright. It contains a pressure servo controller, a pressure relief valve, and a built-in fine-mesh filter that is not intended for cleaning. Fuel/air mixing is regulated at 1:1 via the throttle valve, with smooth ignition via Softlite technology; pilot gas connection is 4 mm and the pressure sensor pipe is 0.5 inch. It is incompatible with ignition regulators of the S4565/S4585 series.

When selecting a replacement of this type, first note the closing-force code on the old valve (e.g., B+J, B+C, B+B). The replacement must have flanged connections and be suitable for upright installation; it is mounted via bottom holes. Check pilot gas outlet (normally 4 mm) and pressure sensor pipe diameter (typically 0.5 inch); side-outlet versions require a flanged burner manifold. If 24 V operation is needed, confirm the version supports it and is not paired with S4565/S4585 regulators.
