Honeywell Gas valve VK4125P2001U

The VK4125P2001U is a gas solenoid valve with a standard housing and a side gas outlet. It operates at 220–240 V, 50 Hz, and uses a positive feedback system with servo drive pressure regulation and a pressure relief valve to maintain stable output pressure. It features an electric two-level regulator and supports the Softlite system. The valve has a built-in fine-mesh filter, a 4 mm pilot gas connection, and flanged connections. It meets leakage requirements per EN126, has a nominal inlet pressure of 25 mbar, a maximum inlet pressure of 60 mbar, a maximum operating pressure of 30 mbar, and an ambient temperature range of -15–60 °C.

Gas valves of this type are selected by verifying the gas outlet orientation: a side outlet requires a flanged burner manifold. Check the electrical connection type, either a connector or a plug-in rectifier unit, and confirm whether a 24 V option is needed; the 24 V option is not compatible with S4565/S4585 regulators. Mounting holes are at the bottom, and variants may have different closing-force ratings such as B+J, B+C, or B+B. Optional features such as throttle-valve regulation should also be confirmed before ordering.
