Honeywell Gas solenoid valve VR4605A1062B

This gas solenoid valve (model VR4605A1062, SKU VR4605A1062B) is equipped with 1/2" BSP.PL threads at both inlet and outlet. It is CE certified and complies with EN 126 leakage requirements. With an output aperture of 2.8 mm, it achieves a flow capacity of 3.1 m³/h at a pressure drop of 3 mbar. Maximum inlet and operating pressure is 100 mbar, while the first valve back pressure is 50 mbar; the pressure sensor pipe diameter is 0.5 inch. The valve supports DSI, HSI, and IP ignition systems and features a positive feedback system, with closing variants B+B, B+J, B+C, A+J, A+C.

For a replacement gas solenoid valve of this type, match the pipe connection thread (usually BSP.PL) and note whether the gas family, maximum inlet pressure, and flow capacity are adequate for the installation. Install the regulator with the actuator vertical or within 90° of that position; secure it to the system using the two threaded mounting holes at its base. Pressure measuring fittings are provided on the inlet and outlet sides for checking burner pressure.
