The ACV Ionisation cable 537D5001 is a silicone-insulated cable used for flame sensing in ACV burners. It connects the ionisation electrode to the burner control, carrying a small rectified current to prove flame during the start sequence. This cable is compatible with ACV Compact Condens 35, Prestige 50, and Solo Smart 240 models. It is also referenced as 537D5018 and 537D5027.

When selecting a replacement ionisation cable, verify the connector pattern at both ends and the overall length to match the original routing. Ensure the insulation is flexible and free of cracks. The cable path must avoid hot surfaces and sharp edges to prevent damage.
