Cofi Ignition transformer TRK1-30CVD

The Cofi TRK1-30CVD is an ignition transformer that steps up mains voltage to produce a spark across the electrode gap. It is energized only during the ignition phase and de-energized once flame is proved. This model is an OEM equivalent to Master 4031.541 and fits Master BV70, BV110, BV170, BV290, B230, and B360 burners. The high-voltage output is delivered through ignition cables with silicone insulation.

When selecting an ignition transformer of this type, verify that the primary voltage (typically 230 V, but 110 V and 24 V versions exist), secondary voltage and current, duty cycle, mounting and terminal type, and cable connector pattern match the original part. Always inspect the ignition cables and electrodes before replacing the transformer, as a hardened or cracked cable can mimic a faulty transformer.
