The ACV Electrode 537DX032 is an OEM certified ignition electrode with ceramic insulation and a heat-resistant build. It produces the spark that lights the fuel-air mixture in the combustion head of a gas burner. It fits the following ACV models: HeatMaster 120, CA 400 Compact, prestige box mono 100 mk4, prestige excellence 120 mk4, and delta pro s.

A replacement electrode of this kind is chosen by matching the electrode length and bend, the ceramic insulator diameter, the spark gap, and the mounting flange or bracket to the burner series. Confirm that the cable length and terminal type are compatible with the ignition transformer. Before installation, compare the old part’s dimensions with the replacement and clean the mounting seat.
