Description

This venturi mixer is a spare part for fully premixed gas systems. It creates a low-pressure area that draws gas through the gas valve and mixes it with air in the correct proportion for combustion. The unit is rated for a nominal capacity of 2000 kW. It is designed for use with Honeywell V2V and SV2 series gas valves.

Choosing and fitting

Venturi mixing units of this type are selected by nominal capacity and by the gas valve series with which they will be used. Before ordering, check the required connecting pipe length and pipe configuration between the valve and the unit. For direct mounting onto the valve, remove the valve’s output o-ring and use the o-ring supplied on the venturi flange. Verify the mounting hole spacing against the flange pattern. Follow the manufacturer’s installation diagram for the specific valve-venturi combination.
