This oil preheater is designed for heavy fuel oil applications in oil burner fuel systems. It handles fuel viscosity up to 10 cst and a flow rate of 2.022 GPH. The unit is installed between the pump and nozzle to reduce fuel viscosity before atomization. It features a built-in LE valve and maximum temperature limits for safety. When selecting a replacement preheater of this class, match the heating capacity (wattage), supply voltage, and physical connection size and thread type to the existing fuel line. The preheater must be compatible with the oil pump's flow rate and the burner control's electrical circuit.
