ACV Turbulator 50423367

This turbulator set (SKU 50423367) from ACV is used in the flue gas passages of heat exchangers. Each set contains 24 pieces, each 1250 mm long, with a flue way dimension of 250 mm. The turbulators are constructed from stainless steel or aluminium alloy. They are designed for ACV CA 250 Classic, Comfort, Compact, Eco, and R boilers. By creating turbulence in the exhaust gas flow, they improve heat transfer efficiency.

Replacement turbulators are selected by matching the heat exchanger's design: the shape, pitch, and number of flue ways, the material, and whether gaskets are required. Before ordering, measure the flue way dimensions and compare the turbulator length and cross-section to the original. When fitting a new set, inspect the flue passages for soot accumulation or scale on the water side, and check for corrosion in condensing boilers.
