Beschreibung
Der Kromschroder-Sensor UVC1D0G1A ist ein UV-Flammensensor (SKU 84320305) zur Flammenüberwachung in industriellen Wärmeprozessanlagen. Er überwacht Flammen, die UV-Strahlung emittieren, und unterstützt sowohl intermittierende als auch kontinuierliche Brennerzyklen. Das Sensorelement ist ein UV-Röhrentyp P578 und ist kompatibel mit den Brennersteuergeräten Kromschroder BCU und PFU. Der Sensor wird über die Anschlüsse L und N mit 100–230 V AC, 50–60 Hz versorgt; sein Aluminium-Gehäuse verfügt über ein Quarzglasschutzlinsenglas und verbindet sich mit einem Rp 1/2 Innengewinde und M20 Kabelverschraubung. Die zulässige Kabellänge vom Sensor zur Steuereinheit beträgt 2 bis 100 m, und der empfohlene Abstand vom Detektor zur Flamme beträgt 300–400 mm.
