Beschreibung
Dieses Honeywell-Gasventil (VR434VE5047-0000) ist ein servogeregeltes Magnetventil mit zwei integrierten Absperrventilen V1 und V2, die ein doppelt fehlertolerantes Absperrsystem der Klasse A + A bilden und nach EN 126 zertifiziert sind. Es hat einen Nenndurchmesser von 34 mm, einen Flanschanschluss, ein Gehäuse aus Aluminium-Druckguss und IP40-Schutzart. Es arbeitet mit 230 V, 50–60 Hz, hat eine Durchsatzkapazität von 1 m³/h und einen maximalen Betriebsdruck von 200 mbar. Es verwendet zweistellige direktwirkende Stellantriebe, erfüllt EN 60335 für elektrische Sicherheit und unterstützt DSI- und IP-Zündsysteme. Es ist mit einem Feinsieb (0,34 mm Maschenweite, AISI 303 Stahl) nach EN 161 und Schließfedern aus AISI 302 Stahl ausgestattet; der Tauchkolben hat eine FE 360-Beschichtung. Die Dichtungen bestehen aus NBR- und Viton-Gummi nach DIN 3535 und EN 291, und das Flansch-Kit umfasst einen Flansch mit Verschlussstöpsel, einen O-Ring, vier Schrauben und eine Druckmessarmatur.
