Beschreibung
Das Honeywell VR4605CB1082U ist ein Gasmagnetventil zur Regulierung des Gasflusses in Wohnheizungsanlagen. Es nutzt zwei Elektromagnete für das Sicherheitsventil und das Hauptventil unter zweistufiger elektrischer Steuerung. Das Ventil hat einen Flanschanschluss mit 23 mm Ein- und Ausgangslochdurchmessern, verträgt einen maximalen Eingangsdruck von 60 mbar und bietet eine Luftdurchsatzkapazität von 3,8 m³/h bei einem Druckabfall von 3 mbar. Es ist für vertikale Montage mit Stellantrieben oben vorgesehen, arbeitet bei Umgebungstemperaturen von 0 bis 60 °C und umfasst ein eingebautes feines Siebfilter und ein umschaltbares Weich-Zünddrucksystem.

Auswahl und Einbau
Gasventile dieses Typs werden nach Anschlussart (Flansch) und durch Abgleich des Ein- und Ausgangslochdurchmessers sowie des maximalen Eingangsdrucks mit dem vorhandenen Gasstrang ausgewählt. Überprüfen Sie die Durchsatzkapazität beim Druckabfall des Systems, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den Brennerverbrauch abdeckt. Zur Installation das Ventil so ausrichten, dass die Stellantriebe oben sind; einige Modelle ermöglichen einen Betrieb in einem Winkel von bis zu 90° zur Vertikalen. Das Ventil mit seinen zwei Gewindebohrlöchern sichern und die Stromversorgung an den DIN-Stecker anschließen, wobei die Spannungsrating übereinstimmen muss (Netzspannung oder Kleinspannung).
