Description
This flanged gas solenoid valve is designed for natural gas and liquefied gas. It is controlled by a two-position electrical actuator and a two-position tracking actuator, and includes two electrical actuating devices. The valve’s normal state is closed, and it has a flow capacity of 4.2 m³/h at a pressure drop of 3 mbar. Its maximum inlet pressure is 60 mbar, nominal inlet pressure 25 mbar, and maximum operating pressure 45 mbar. The valve offers stable outlet pressure via a positive feedback system, features pressure measuring points on the inlet and outlet sides, and is CE certified.

Choosing and fitting
Replacements of this kind are selected by matching the connection type (flanged) and size to the existing piping, the gas type (natural gas or liquefied gas), the maximum operating pressure and flow capacity, and the electrical connection (DIN standard or AMP connectors). The closing strength variant (B+B, B+J, B+C, A+J, A+C) must also be chosen appropriately. Installation is in a vertical position with the actuators on top; the valve can be rotated up to 90° from vertical. It is secured with two threaded mounting holes. Before ordering, compare the pressure measuring fittings and ensure compatibility with the system.
