Beschreibung
Dieses Flansch-Gasmagnetventil ist für Erdgas und Flüssiggas ausgelegt. Es wird von einem Zweistellungs-Elektroantrieb und einem Zweistellungs-Nachfolgeantrieb gesteuert und umfasst zwei elektrische Antriebsvorrichtungen. Der normale Zustand des Ventils ist geschlossen, und es hat eine Durchsatzleistung von 4,2 m³/h bei einem Druckabfall von 3 mbar. Der maximale Eingangsdruck beträgt 60 mbar, der Nenneneingangsdruck 25 mbar und der maximale Betriebsdruck 45 mbar. Das Ventil bietet einen stabilen Auslassdruck über ein Positiv-Rückkopplungssystem, verfügt über Druckmessanschlüsse auf der Ein- und Auslassseite und ist CE-zertifiziert.

Auswahl und Einbau
Ersatzteile dieser Art werden durch Abgleich des Verbindungstyps (Flansch) und der Größe mit der vorhandenen Rohrleitungsanlage, des Gastyps (Erdgas oder Flüssiggas), des maximalen Betriebsdrucks und der Durchsatzleistung sowie der elektrischen Verbindung (DIN-Standard oder AMP-Stecker) ausgewählt. Die Schließkraft-Variante (B+B, B+J, B+C, A+J, A+C) muss ebenfalls angemessen gewählt werden. Die Installation erfolgt in vertikaler Position mit den Antrieben oben; das Ventil kann bis zu 90° von der Vertikalen gedreht werden. Es wird mit zwei Gewinde-Befestigungslöchern gesichert.
