The Honeywell VK4105C1025U is a gas solenoid valve with flanged connections and a standard housing. It contains two main valves and operates on a positive feedback system. The valve controls the gas-air mixture in a 1:1 ratio and allows gradual adjustment via a throttle valve. It features Softlite smooth ignition, a fine-mesh filter, and a pilot gas connection of 4 mm diameter. Choosing and fitting
For replacement, choose a gas valve of this type with matching flange dimensions (inlet/outlet diameter 18.6 mm) and suitable for the gas type (natural or liquefied gas). The side outlet for the pilot burner requires a flange collector on the burner. The valve is mounted using holes at the bottom of the housing. Electrical connections can be made via a connector or a plug-in rectifier unit for standard DBI ignition systems; a 24 V supply is optional but not compatible with S4565/S4585 series regulators. Pressure measurement fittings may be installed using silicone tubes of 4 or 6 mm diameter.
