Beschreibung
Das Honeywell VK4105C1025U ist ein Gas-Magnetventil mit Flanschverbindungen und Standardgehäuse. Es enthält zwei Hauptventile und arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der positiven Rückkopplung. Das Ventil regelt die Gas-Luft-Mischung im Verhältnis 1:1 und ermöglicht eine stufenlose Verstellung über ein Drosselventil. Es verfügt über Softlite-Sandzündung, einen Feinstsiebfilter und einen Pilotgasanschluss mit 4 mm Durchmesser. Es wird mit 220–240 V AC bei 50 Hz versorgt, optional auch mit 24 V, und hat eine Durchsatzleistung von 3,4 m³/h bei einem Druckabfall von 3 mbar.

Auswahl und Einbau
Wählen Sie bei der Austauschbeschaffung ein Gasventil dieses Typs mit übereinstimmenden Flanschabmessungen (Einlass-/Auslassdurchmesser 18,6 mm) und geeignet für die Gasart (Erdgas oder Flüssiggas). Der Seitenauslass für den Pilotbrenner erfordert einen Flanschsammler am Brenner. Das Ventil wird mit Bohrungen an der Unterseite des Gehäuses montiert. Elektrische Verbindungen können über einen Stecker oder ein Steckgleichrichterelement für Standard-DBI-Zündsysteme hergestellt werden; eine 24-V-Versorgung ist optional, aber nicht kompatibel mit Reglern der Reihe S4565/S4585. Druckmessfittings können mit Silikonschläuchen von 4 oder 6 mm Durchmesser installiert werden.
