Honeywell Gas valve VK4115V2020B

This flanged gas valve is designed for burner gas control and ignition. It is suitable for heating, liquefied, and natural gas and is intended for upright installation. The valve uses servo-driven pressure control with an electric two-level control mechanism, and supports smooth ignition via Softlite technology, throttle-valve regulation, and 1:1 gas/air mixture regulation. Its inlet and outlet have an 18.6 mm diameter, it has a 4 mm pilot-gas connection, and a fine-mesh filter is built into the input side. It is rated for 220–240 V AC, 50 Hz, with a maximum inlet/operating pressure of 60 mbar. At a nominal inlet pressure of 25 mbar, flow capacity is 3.2 m³/h with a 5 mbar pressure drop.

Select a replacement of this type by matching the flanged connection arrangement, gas family, pressure range, and the electrical data (voltage and frequency) of the burner control. Check whether the side outlet and pilot-gas connection orientation suit the burner collector, and confirm which filter arrangement is installed. Mount the valve upright, fix it through the bottom mounting holes, and compare the electrical connector with the ignition control before final wiring.
