Beschreibung
Dieses Flanschgasventil ist für die Brenner-Gasregelung und Zündung ausgelegt. Es ist für Heizgas, Flüssiggas und Erdgas geeignet und für den aufrechten Einbau vorgesehen. Das Ventil verwendet eine servogesteuerte Druckregelung mit einem elektrischen Zweistufen-Regelmechanismus und unterstützt eine sanfte Zündung durch Softlite-Technologie, Drosselklappenregelung und 1:1-Gas/Luft-Gemischregelung. Einlass und Auslass haben einen Durchmesser von 18.6 mm, es verfügt über einen 4-mm-Zündgasanschluss und ein Feinfilter ist auf der Eingangsseite eingebaut. Es ist für 220–240 V AC, 50 Hz ausgelegt, mit einem maximalen Einlass-/Betriebsdruck von 60 mbar. Bei einem Nenn-Einlassdruck von 25 mbar beträgt die Durchflusskapazität 3.2 m³/h bei einem Druckabfall von 5 mbar.

Auswahl und Einbau
Wählen Sie ein Ersatzteil dieses Typs, indem Sie die Flanschanschlussanordnung, die Gasfamilie, den Druckbereich und die elektrischen Daten (Spannung und Frequenz) der Brennersteuerung abgleichen. Prüfen Sie, ob die Ausrichtung des Seitenauslasses und des Zündgasanschlusses zum Brennersammler passt, und bestätigen Sie, welche Filteranordnung installiert ist. Montieren Sie das Ventil aufrecht, befestigen Sie es durch die unteren Montagelöcher und vergleichen Sie den elektrischen Steckverbinder mit der Zündsteuerung vor der endgültigen Verdrahtung.
