Brahma Solenoid valve E7/L*AFD 13195871

This is a fast-working, normally closed solenoid valve for light liquid fuels. It operates on both direct and alternating current at a supply voltage of 230 V and 50 Hz. The valve consumes 11 W, has a flow rate of 0.055 m³/h, and a working pressure range of 0–20 bar. Its brass body features G1/8"F connection threads and a quick-release DIN 43650 connection, with IP65 protection. During installation, ground the valve body, align the flow direction arrow, and fit a filter with a mesh size no larger than 0.5 mm at the inlet. Use the correct size hex key for mounting and ensure the inlet pressure does not exceed the pressure marked on the valve. Installation must comply with electrical safety standards such as EN 60335-1.

Common failures include leaks at the pipe connections or valve inlet caused by loose fittings, and failure to open or close when the control signal is applied, often due to a faulty coil or poor electrical contact. Contamination or foreign objects inside the valve can cause sticking or incomplete closure. After repair or long downtime, check the tightness of connections and verify the valve responds correctly to the coil signals.
