Beschreibung
Das Gasventil Honeywell VK4105M5157U ist zur Brennerregelung und Zündung ausgelegt. Es verfügt über ein Standardgehäuse mit Flanschanschlüssen (18,6 mm Ein-/Ausgang), eine 2,8-mm-Membran, einen integrierten Feinsiebfilter und einen 4-mm-Pilotgasanschluss. Das Ventil arbeitet mit Erdgas und Flüssiggas bei einem Nenneinlassdruck von 25 mbar und einem Umgebungsdruck von 1013 mbar; der Ausgangsdruck wird über eine 0,5-Zoll-Sensorleitung gemessen. Es nutzt ein Rückkopplungssystem, einen Druckregelserver und ein Druckentlastungsventil und gewährleistet das automatische Schließen des Hauptventils bei Stromausfall oder übermäßigem Gasdruck. Die Regelung erfolgt stufenlos über ein Drosselventil mit elektrischer zweistufiger Kontrolle und einem 1:1-Gas-Luft-Mischungsverhältnis. Es unterstützt Standard-DBI-Zündsysteme (ausgenommen S4565/S4585-Regler) und arbeitet mit 24 V.
