Beschreibung
Dieses Gasventil von Honeywell ist für die Brennerregelung und Zündsysteme konzipiert. Es verfügt über ein integriertes Gasventil und einen Zündregler und reguliert den Gasdurchsatz für Pilot- und Hauptbrenner. Das Ventil verfügt über eine servo-gesteuerte Druckregelung, eine Drosselventilregelung und einen elektrischen Zwei-Ebenen-Stellmechanismus. Es ermöglicht eine sanfte Zündung durch Softlite-Technologie und behält ein Verhältnis von 1:1 für Gas-Luft bei. Es hat einen feinfachen Einlassfilter, Flanschverbindungen, einen Seitenauslass für Gas und funktioniert mit 24 V DC. Das Ventil eignet sich für Erdgas, Flüssiggas und Heizgas.

Auswahl und Einbau
Bei der Wahl eines Ersatzventils dieses Typs müssen die Anschlussgrößen übereinstimmen: Der Einlass hat 3/4" Außengewinde und der Auslass ist geflanscht. Bestätigen Sie die Betriebsspannung (24 V) und dass der Zündregler nicht aus der ausgeschlossenen Serie S4565/S4585 stammt. Das Ventil muss aufrecht installiert werden, wobei die unteren Befestigungslöcher ausgerichtet sein müssen. Wenn das Modell einen Seitenauslass für Gas hat, muss der Brenner über einen Flanschkollektor verfügen. Verbinden Sie den Druckrückmeldungsnippel mit einem 6 mm Rohr.
