Payment
The shop is not yet open for orders. This page describes how payment will work once it is.
How you can pay
By card — Visa, Mastercard and the other cards our payment provider accepts. The card form belongs to the provider, not to us: your card number is typed on their page and never reaches our servers, so there is nothing here for anyone to steal.
Bank transfer for business orders is available on request. Write to us before ordering and we will send an invoice.
Currency
Prices are in euro. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate on the day — the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the amount here, and that difference is the bank's, not ours.
VAT
Whether VAT is inside the price depends on where the goods go and whether you buy as a business. The line under every price says which it is, and the same is repeated in the basket and at checkout, so there is no surprise at the last step.
Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% under the reverse charge. Enter the number at checkout — it must be registered to the same country as the delivery address.
When the money is taken
When you confirm the order. If a part turns out to be unavailable after that, we tell you before shipping and either offer a replacement or refund that part in full — we do not hold your money against a part we cannot send.
Invoices
An invoice goes out by e-mail with the order confirmation. It shows the seller's details, the VAT treatment applied and the delivery cost as separate lines, which is what an accountant needs.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card that paid — that is the only route a payment provider allows. Allow a few working days for your bank to show it.
Delivery costs and returns are described on the delivery and returns page.
