About an order
Put the order number in the subject line. It is in the confirmation e-mail and on the order page. With the number we can answer in one reply instead of three.
About a part you cannot identify
Send a photograph of the part and, if you can read it, a photograph of the appliance's rating plate. Say what the appliance does and what it stopped doing. That is usually enough — most parts are recognisable by shape and connector even when every number has burned off.

About a return
Write with the order number and what is wrong, and we answer with the return address. Please do not send anything back before that — a parcel without a note is hard to match to an order. The conditions are on the delivery and returns page.
Trade and bulk orders
If you fit these parts for a living, or need a quantity the basket will not take, write to us. Regular buyers are invoiced rather than charged at checkout.
