Beschreibung
Dieses Brennersteuergerät ist für industrielle Zwangslüftungsbrenner konzipiert, die mit Gas betrieben werden, und kann im Betriebs- oder Dauerfeuer-Modus arbeiten. Es überwacht die Flamme mittels eines UV- oder Ionisationssensors (max. Kabellänge 50 m) und bietet eine integrierte elektronische Zündung mit max. Zündkabel von 1 m. Das Gerät gestattet 2 Zündversuche; die Vorglühzeit beträgt 1 s, die Sicherheitszeit für Brenner-/Pilotflammen-Zündung (TSA1) beträgt 5 s, die Flammenbeweisperiode (TFS1) beträgt 2 s, die Sicherheitszeit für Hauptbrenner-Zündung (TSA2) beträgt 2 s und die Flammenbeweisperiode für Hauptbrenner (TFS2) beträgt 2 s. Die Vorspülzeit beträgt 30 s, die Nachspülzeit beträgt 100 s und die Verzögerung des Kontrollerfreigabesignals (TRF) beträgt 10 s. Es verfügt über eine Dreiwegestellventilsteuerung, ein doppelpoliges 3-A-Ventilatorrelais, eine integrierte Dichtheitskontrolle über einen digitalen Eingang und eine Flammenausfallreaktion vom Typ Neustart. Das schlag- und wärmebeständige Kunststoffgehäuse erfüllt IP54, wiegt 1800 g, arbeitet bei Umgebungstemperaturen von -20 bis 60 °C und ist für maximal 250.000 Betriebszyklen ausgelegt.
