Descripción
Esta unidad de control de quemador está diseñada para quemadores industriales de tiro forzado alimentados por gas y puede operar en modo intermitente o continuo. Supervisa la llama mediante un sensor UV o de ionización (longitud máxima de cable 50 m) y proporciona un encendido electrónico integrado con un cable de encendido máximo de 1 m. La unidad permite 2 intentos de arranque; el tiempo previo al encendido es 1 s, el tiempo de seguridad para arranque de quemador/piloto (TSA1) es 5 s, el período de comprobación de llama (TFS1) es 2 s, el tiempo de seguridad para arranque del quemador principal (TSA2) es 2 s, y el período de comprobación de llama del quemador principal (TFS2) es 2 s. El tiempo de preexpulsión es 30 s, el tiempo de postexpulsión es 100 s, y el retraso de señal de habilitación del controlador (TRF) es 10 s. Presenta un control de válvula proporcional de tres puntos, un relé de ventilador bipolar de 3 A, control de hermeticidad integrado mediante entrada digital, y una respuesta ante fallo de llama de reinicio. La carcasa de plástico resistente al impacto y al calor cumple IP54, pesa 1800 g, opera en temperaturas ambientes de -20 a 60 °C, y está clasificada para un máximo de 250 000 ciclos de funcionamiento.
